good schools, family oriented, diverse, safe and cultural things going on or close to it(maybe close or in a city)maybe areas in boulder or denver or anywhere else, give me your advice please!

What happened to California? Your question is too general. Denver is the largest city, and the capital, so it probably has the most going on, but you'd need to let us know more about you and what you are looking for, and where you plan to work.
