Mystery developments (or developments I've forgotten where going to happen):
1. The spot where Nonnah's was, next to Pearlz Oyster Bar, is undergoing renovations inside. There still is no sign saying what's going there, and when it was rumored a while back that a restaurant from Charleston was locating there, they said it was premature to say so.
2. The right side of the Dupree building has white paper taped up in the windows, apparently because something is locating in there and is setting up shop behind the paper.
3. A building on Gervais Street next to Marble Slab Creamery wraps around the ice cream shop with access on both Gervais and Park. It appears that on the Park Street side they are putting an addition on the building because they have constructed above-ground pvc between the building and the street and two large windows adjacent to the new pvc currently have ply board in them with one of those pieces of ply board actually set aside right now for access by the construction workers.

What's the development next to USC public health building? There's construction equipment and it's blocked off.

That's been that way for at least a year. I think they just park equipment there for work sites nearby.

The apartment building is going on the other side of the street, next to the law office that's next to IHOP.

I've only heard of one and that's the 12-15 story USC student housing.

That is for the northwest corner of Assembly at Pendleton. There is another planned for the southwest corner that is closer to construction.
