When the widening of I-20 through most of Lexington County is completed, I think you will see some new development off those exits.

Well. If I'd waited until daylight I might've seen the "shop space available" sign up. It's a pretty sizable plot; it reaches from the new Freddy's all the way to the Kroger entrance.

They have a sign up saying they are training. I am looking forward to it.

What a sick joke this "development" turned out to be. Glad I moved far away from Killian Road when I had the chance.

Woo hoo! Founders Federal Credit Union!!! Now I can stop by on my way to buy me a new Ferrari!!!

Been watching this thing for a LONG time. When did the original signs go up? It has been so many things.

It's been close to if not 10 years.

It's a complete and total joke....the Kroger marketplace is nice, sure....but that is literally it.

Applebees?

I remember the original promises of places like Cheesecake Factory, such a different world.

Go look at the reviews for that Applebees. 2.5/5 on all review sites. Just a crap location with horrible service. Seems we have a problem with our casual eateries in the NE. Our waiters suck.

I've tried Applebees at least 4 times. Every time the service was terrible.

Unfortunately.... I got a gift card this Christmas for ... Applebees!

The development actually looks very promising. It has sidewalks and walkability everywhere. Lights everywhere, it will be a nice community once fully fleshed out. Also all the business there has very appealing outdoor eateries/seating.

So far nothing too fancy though.

Oh and killian crossing not being developed doesn't make me "Glad I moved far away from Killian Road when I had the chance."

There's just so much untapped potential, I think is a better way for me to phrase that.
