Notice none of those examples are about businesses moving to Hartford.

The developer of NoDo is promising that a much needed grocery store will be part of their project. Great news. Jay

Many of the workers at Infosys actually live in Hartford as well. It is good for Hartford.

If people look around they will find that there are many options for nice places to live in the downtown area that are equal or lower rents than surrounding suburban locations.

No. From what I’ve seen they are renting units just like anyone else. Jay

The developer of Front Street is in negotiations to sell its Front Street Lofts so they can invest in other downtown properties. It’s great news that investors believe they can recoup their investment in the city and could lead to more. Jay

New Jersey based GalaxE.Solutions has opened a downtown Hartford office and quietly hired 45 workers. They have a goal of hiring 200 workers by the summer. Add this to the 1,000 workers Infosys is adding certainly is impressive. Great news for the city and state. Jay
