Monday morning technicals for you guys.

Next 2 weeks.

Things are always flowing. Watch the Upper Lows like bowling balls across the U.S... How is a ridge supposed to pop north and get sustained?

Ridge happens in central U.S (great for farms) but keeps getting knocked down.

Note the position of the central Atlantic ridge, this is helping the Jet stream dive in the East as well.

Looks like the PacNW getting some troughs digging down. Probably seasonable temps since flow is off the Pacific and cloudy nights?

At the end of the run seems like another big Vortex setting up over the Hudson Bay. . Might be too far north to dig the Jet into Lower 48?

Lastly... look at why we got so many systems and record snows and lots of rain... the energy and flow is from the Pacific just riding into the U.S... (not every backyard will get them!)

I can confirm the 45dbz reds are extremely heavy downpours. Wow! And with Thunder

I did weed and feed application on Saturday, would all this rain wash it away or should it still be effective?

How well is your soil? Compacted? Do you see any ponding in the yard? All it needed was 1/2" of water but with over 2" there's probably some gaps without pellets now. I'd wait 4 weeks to do it again. If your soil drains good than its fine.

Thanks, backyard is probably fine with that said. There are spots in the front with pooling.
