If someone is harassing you with an remote aerial vehicle you should have the right to defend yourself and break it.
The fat drunk was the only person harassing anyone --- he walked up and interrupted a legal photo shoot to swat a legal drone out of the air and therefore commit an act of felony vandalism.

And not an uncommon type person in down town HB. A lot of drunk people behaving badly. I lived there, I'd know.
People don't need to be "advised" there is a drone in the area --- a drone is a 100% legal machine allowed to operate on any street in all 50 states.
Please learn about the law.
Drones are legal to operate on any street in all 50 states? That sound dangerous. I do not think they would be allowed on major highways for safety at all. They should not be on streets without proper lighting. What if a cyclist did not see it and hit it?
All of this is besides the point anyway, the operators (be they a-holes or not) were within the law to operate where they were operating, the irate guy with the T-shirt is in the wrong. I don't care about shooting off AR's in the nude or shotguns or this or that bluster, as far as the OP is concerned, the t-shirt guy screwed up.
I can guarantee my university degrees drops panties in any bar I walk into and yours prolly impresses the folks in the trailer park. I would bet your house would fit in my garage.
did you stand up on the chair and thump your chest after you typed this?
People are getting tired of idiots with drones. This guy takes action into his own hands. Indignant drown owner says he will go to small claims court over smashed drone.
I hate these drones; they are annoying, and frankly if this was a residential street, there should have been some kind of noise ordinance in place! If they want to shoot instructional videos they can go where they won't be disturbing anyone else.
