We really lucked out that the storms came in early and that we were cloudy all day, instead of getting sunshine and heating up. Big sigh of relief! Hope all is well with everyone!

They did a comparison yesterday between here and Phoenix on Fox 4. AZ was quite a bit warmer then us, but with their humidity in the single digits, the heat index of Dallas was a good 10 degrees higher.

I hope this summer isn't as bad as the last couple of summers we've had...especially summer 2011. That was brutal.
