Yep, birthers are the only ones I've ever heard say he isn't eligible. If Cruz, who wasn't even born in this country, is eligible, then it would follow that Obama is too, and more importantly, that his presidency is legitimate. And there's no way a birther will ever concede to that.

And I agree, Cruz is eligible.

Yes we will, because like Obama he is not constitutionally eligible. As for as Obama is concerned, the man who pledged to be the most transparent president of all time, immediately sealed his records upon entering the office of the presidency. He and various entities trying to protect him (SSA, SSS, Occidental) have spent large sums of money to keep his records hidden. As Obama himself once said, "the only people who fear the truth are people with something to hide".

Obama has submitted a birth certificate via a pdf file so phony looking it's hard to imagine anyone not being able to do a better job.

none of obama's personal records are "sealed". they are private records protected under FERPA and HIPPA laws ( same as everyone else ) and were not affected by obama's first executive order concerning presidential records.

it's a conspiracy.

no money has needed to be spent keeping private records private.

In answer to your question none of the numbers have been photoshopped. One of the numbers was placed on the 8-bit background layer and the other numbers were placed on a 1-bit text layer. That's what can happen when a document is scanned on a Xerox WorkCentre copier/scanner.

Here is an example of what a Xerox can do to a PDF. The upper image is with the 8-bit color layer turned on and the lower image is with the 8-bit color layer turned off.

At least some of the 1-bit text layers are not black but can be other colors.

Another example of what a Xerox can do to a PDF.

The "t" and "e" in the printed name "Montgomery" were included on the 8-bit color layer. Also the second "o" in the typed name "Montgomery" is pixel-for-pixel identical as the first "o" in the typed name "Force". There are white halos around the typed text. For this PDF there is one 8-bit color layer and eleven 1-bit text layers. Several of the 1-bit layers are not black but other colors including a blue layer which can be seen in this image. The two blue marks in the signature between the name Montgomery and the last name Force are on a 1-bit text layer while the rest of the signature is on the 8-bit color layer. We see the same things on President Obama's birth certificate PDF. They are not signs of forgery but signs of compression by mixed raster content.

Default Is "Ted" Cruz a Canadian, or a Cuban?

If he wasn't born here, and only one parent was an American, how does he qualify to be president of the United States? Doesn't the US Constitution have something in it about having to be born in the USA and having to be an American?
