my guess is that grayson is just posturing but if he is serious i doubt that he'll be able to meet standing for a case. again, my guess is that we'll have some sort of SCOTUS and/or congressional resolution before the RNC.

As to the rest of your post, I will defer to Cruz when it comes to the Constitution and not an anonymous poster on the web.

This is a textbook case for one kind or another of judicial abstention; and that is actually one of my areas of expertise. In other words I respect your posting but not a chance it will play out that way.

Of course Ted Cruz is eligible. Otherwise, his paperwork to run for president would be rejected.
Thats not how it works. Applying to the states only mean the state will put your name on the ballot, not that you're qualified.

Cruz also clerked for Chief Justice William Rehnquist and has argued before the Supreme Court. Neither of which has been done by Obama or any other Candidate in this race.

Obama is also the son of a communist, but he only killed people by running them down when he was driving drunk.

If you have to fuel your hatred of Ted Cruz, using his father as fodder is pathetic and reflects more on you than it does on Cruz.

With Cruz's major screw up with his New York comments, I think the GOP will try to sweep him under the rug. He is an embarrassment to the GOP and makes any feelings about Trump's mouth seem so minor now. So, I think the GOP will themselves make an effort to push the "natural" to get him out of the way. Good news!

I saw a recent article that claims Cruz's mom voted in Canada.

Cruz's comment about New York values was no worse than Trump's, "How stupid are those people in Iowa?" Cruz has a long way to go before he's embarrassed the GOP even half as much as Trump has. As for Ted's citizenship, it's a non-issue.
