How so? I had no plans on voting for Hillary to begin with, nor any plans to vote for Trump either. A vote for Jill Stein is a vote for Jill Stein and the Green Party, so stop trying to fearmonger people into voting for Hillary.

Yes. No absolute way could I get on board with an anti-vaxxer. Just - NO.

A vote for Clinton is a vote for corruption and rigged elections.

I thought a vote for Trump is a vote for Trump. So if a vote for Stein is a vote for Trump... does that mean a vote for Trump is a vote for Stein?

So a vote for Johnson is a vote for Clinton? A vote for Clinton is a vote for Johnson?

This is so confusing. I thought votes only went to the people you actually voted for. Who knew things were this complicated.

It can be. Let's say that there are progressives who are Democrats but instead vote Green. In a way that syphons votes off of the Democrats. Just as libertarian leaning Republicans who instead vote Libertarian. As Obi-Wan said in Return of the Jedi, it's about a point-of view.

If one party doesn't want to lose votes of these outlier groups of people then they should try to accommodate them, not rig the primaries out of their favor and p*** them off at the convention. And lie about adopting the policies as we know Clinton won't do that.

But yeah, MY vote is the one that is a waste, because I won't vote for someone I don't like?

Then that is the Democrats' fault for not putting forth a candidate that appeal to the voters that are voting for the Green Party. People typically should be voting for the candidate that fits their ideals rather than simply voting for parties just because. I am a liberal, but that doesn't mean I must vote Democrat if the Democrats put up a candidate I don't like.

Hillary was never going to get my vote to begin with, so my vote isn't being siphoned off from the Democrats because I would rather not vote than vote for Hillary.

Is your state a battleground state? If not, It isn't really.

It's as if people don't notice how one every issue except domestic economic policy, the Libertarians aren't that much different than Bernie. Look at foreign policy, social policy, science etc.

If one never intended to vote for a major party in the first place, then a third party vote is just that, a third party vote.

It is time for a new direction. Independent thinking people can say no to the Pied Piper. The only enticement the Pied Piper had to offer is more of these same corruption, more money for the Billionaire Class, more wars, more rigged elections. For me, third-party voting is a slam dunk. Why would I possibly votr for more of the same?
