Pence did a good, if lackluster, job. I give him the win. But it hurt Trump because Republicans are all thinking "why, why, why did we nominate that orange faced buffoon instead of straight shooter conservative like Pence?"

Pence's odd choice to repeatedly deny that Trump said things that Trump indeed had said, is curious. It's like he is the only person in America who didn't know what Trump is.
