Once again, the law does NOT say national security must be compromised, need the "intent" or the information must be passed onto any unauthorized parties.
Here's the law again and please tell me again that she didn't violate the law:
(1) through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody
(2) having knowledge that the same has been illegally removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of its trust, or lost, or stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, and fails to make prompt report of such loss, theft, abstraction, or destruction to his superior officer—
If she thought her e-mails were in their proper place of custody, then she didn't violate the law.
She's never actually done anything illegal. The closest is the emails, you could say she perjured herself.
There are always rumors that she's done all this terrible stuff but there's never any actual proof. Just conspiracy nuts making YouTube videos (or writing books) full of innuendo.

This is a very simple question that baffles me. She has so much blood and scandal on her hands, yet is still eligible for the highest office in the land? And people WANT her???
Because she is part of the establishment and they need her to continue the plan. Trump will not do that he is for what is best for America and her people. She is for other things.

I wonder if hawkeye ever found out how his practice makes money? He seems to be on top of all the Alt right conspiracy theories. That's what that list is.
I actually think she's very smart. She makes rational and good decisions all the time. She made a mistake. She did consult with previous secretaries of state, she thought she was doing the right thing. But she was wrong. In this instance.
But I'm sure you've never made a bad decision in your entire life.
Notes from her FBI interview:
The former secretary of State told officials she could not remember being trained by the State Department on handling or retaining classified information. That's not very very smart.
She also appeared not to know that a small parenthetical “C” marked at the top of a paragraph meant the information below was considered classified. That's not very smart.
She also said she received no direction from State on preserving her records when she left the department in early 2013 — but claimed she could not recall every briefing she received at that time because of a concussion she suffered in late 2012. That's not very smart.
The report also shows Clinton consulted former Secretary of State Colin Powell on his use of a BlackBerry while in office under President George W. Bush. Not knowing the difference between a BlackBerry and a Server - that's not very smart.
Powell warned Clinton to avoid using a BlackBerry to conduct official business, telling her that if it became “public” that she used the device to “do business,” her emails could become “official record and subject to the law.”
“Be very careful. I got around it all by not saying much and not using systems that captured the data,” Powell wrote.
Clinton told the FBI that she understood Powell’s advice to mean that any of her work-related communications would become government record. She claimed that his comments “did not factor into her decision to use a personal email account.” So she misunderstood Powell's advice (not very smart), but ignored that advice. So she didn't think she was doing the right thing, now, did she?
I've made plenty of bad decisions. But I've never been Sec of State, who IS the top of the chain, and the person that ultimately makes the final decision.
I'll give you this, though. She may be dumb (as well as brain damaged) but she is crafty as a fox.

This is just the short list of FAUX scandals. Hillary has submitted to more investigations orchestrated by her political enemies than, well, anyone, ever. And despite the millions of dollars spent, the countless man-hours expended in the search for wrong-doing, nothing. Nada. Zilch.
