A Europe without Finland is not that hard to imagine. A Europe without Greece would not feel like Europe at all (country, black)

Not really anything. But it's stupid to play the ancient history card or put a value on which small country is more "important" than another. Especially coming from the UK, which itself has distanced itself from the core of Europe.
It's especially insulting towards Finland, who has strived for a more economically healthy and integrated Europe since the end of the Cold War.
