If you are talking about history, the best example is probably San Marino (for instance Napoleon liked them so much that he offered them some land for free, but S. Marino refused the gift). All micro-states (except the Vatican maybe) fit the bill.

If you are talking about today, there really isn't that much real animosity among young generations of different countries (inside the EU, things are different between Ukraine and Russia for instance..)

If anyone is interested in some very cool history about this little European country, read the book "A Freak of Freedom, Or the Republic of San Marino" written in 1879 by James Theodore Bent, an English explorer, archaeologist and author. Bent was eventually given citizenship by San Marino in appreciation for his publication of the book.
BTW, few people know San Marino also gave Abraham Lincoln citizenship, which he graciously accepted. Corresponding letters between Lincoln and the government of San Marino are preserved in the State archives in the capital of San Marino.

Switzerland, Norway, Finland, and Luxembourg are generally liked or considered neutral at worst and don't have major issues.

Germany, the UK, Denmark, the Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, Sweden, France, and Austria could have been great but have issues with immigration, aging populations, and taxation.

Spain, Portugal, Greece, and Italy share similarities and struggle in several ways.

Czech Republic, Slovenia, Poland are improving a lot and are catching up with Western European countries. The rest of Eastern Europe is worse off, the further East you go the worse it gets.
