As a child I was always puzzled by the smirks on the first generation American Norwegian relative's faces when spending time with the Swedish mix side of the family.
The old conflict was still alive and well albeit, as mentioned, with a bit of good nature.
"Ten-thousand Swedes ran through the weeds chased by one Norwegian."
Switzerland, Norway, Finland, and Luxembourg are generally liked or considered neutral at worst and don't have major issues.
Norway has done a great job hiding its military aggressions of the past. But they were major players in the NATO bombing of Serbia, for example, voted to bomb Libya in 2011 (and 588 Norweigan bombs were used). Plus Sami and Kven people have also had their cultures greatly diminished. They also contributed to the attacks of Afghanistan and the war in Iraq.
But within Europe, Serbs might beg to differ, as well as the ingenious people from Norway.
England made a pact with the Kingdom of Portugal in 1373, which is the oldest alliance based on known history in the world that is still in force by politics.
"Historically, the Kingdom of Portugal and the Kingdom of England, and later the modern Portuguese Republic and United Kingdom, have never waged war against each other nor have they participated in wars on opposite sides as independent states since the signing of the Treaty of Windsor".
I'd say the Republic of Ireland, as it is very wealthy now, and mostly English-speaking and thus has appeal to students, travelers, workers...but without much of the political baggage that the U.S., UK, carry, as it was long neutral and not really involved in power politics.
The one possible exception may be Unionists of Northern Ireland, but I think overall, Britons like Ireland more than they often like other parts of the UK.

Britons are generally quite proud of where they live, as well as their local football and rugby teams etc.
There is also plenty of history, beautiful villages and towns, quaint old pubs and breath taking countryside throughout the British Isles.
Estonians despised Finns in the 90s, 2000s, Finland did not receive any points from Estonia in the Eurovision song contest.
I believe that no one hates San Marino
Probably because Finland sucks in Eurovision in general except in 2006 where it won, Estonia did give Finland 12 points that year. This year Estonia also gave Finland many points.

Eurovision is THE biggest pile of dog **** the world has ever produced! Its not a music competition its a Political 'love in', I don't think any act since ABBA has actually gone on to any musical success after winning this waste of time.
