After. I did four sets of squats with lighter weight today. Heavy leg day is later this week!

My hamstrings have been fried since thursday...as of tonight, I've now had 3 ice baths in 5 days

Abs, back cardio.

Trying really hard to get back into the gym routine. I used to be a real gym rat but just don't enjoy it anymore. I really let myself go the past few months.
