swam laps 25 minutes, stretching, foam roller to legs, then dumbbells and sit-ups, pull-ups, kettleball, medicine ball, planks, crunches......felt pretty tired but proud afterwards then proceeded to over eat for lunch :{
Ran my 3rd attempt at a half marathon this morning after two previous health related attempts that failed. Brr it was cold - 12 degrees at the start and 23 at the finish.
Came in at 1:38:09, 41st out of 423 overall and 4th out of 39 in my age group M5059. As a 56 year older my time age graded to 71.9%, and I beat an aggressive goal I set back in January 2016 to run a 1:40:00 half marathon which at the time seemed unreachable.
is that about a 7:30 pace? I couldn't keep up with that....
