Understand. Especially if you're in cold country or have family/friend visitors during the holidays. Can take you out of your workout/exercise routine.

swam laps 25 minutes, stretching, foam roller to legs, then dumbbells and sit-ups, pull-ups, kettleball, medicine ball, planks, crunches......felt pretty tired but proud afterwards then proceeded to over eat for lunch :{

It was a graduation run on the way to the Houston marathon in January. The longest run of the training season and they all get shorter from here.
