I smacked the s.it out of my foot with a contractor hammer chiseling tile out over a 1 inch bed of mortar on a slab, not sub floor. It's like chiseling granite.

I plan on doing 10 min. on the Elliptical, just ate a small breakfast, so i'll wait to digest then go at it.. I stay at 10 min due to aches in the joints of my knees. But I could do much more if not for the fear of damaging my knees.
I hear 2 different things from people. Some say working through the pain is good, and will strengthen the body. Some say to take a small break with aches with joints. I don't wanna stop working out, so I am just doing smaller ones. So I stay at 10 min, rather than the 30 I could do.
Monday: 7 mile run
Tuesday: 50 minutes low impact aerobic/core stuff with free weights in hand
Today: 40 minutes high impact cardio/plyometric stuff, went for a walk
