20 miles on the mountain bike on street....enough to get my HR up to about 120 bpm - lets feel somewhat tired, but I probably could have done another 10 miles before feeling the need to stop or rest.

20 flat miles is nothing compared to the stuff I did in Colorado, shorter distances but strenuous mountain trails (those were awesome, exhilarating).

I ran 3.8 miles. I use the word "ran" loosely because I am very slow.

10 minutes cardio at +/- 140 bpm and 10 minutes at 165/175 bpm. One set Weighted squats to military press. 8 different abs at 20 seconds each. Somehow all that came to an hour.

I kept it on the light side, as I pushed too much earlier in the week. Due to medical conditions I need to walk a fine line.

DH headed out to swim this morning and he wants to add that to our workout more often, which is good for me, but I am a so so swimmer, guess I'll have to get better.

Might get in one more workout before the storm hits (I'm in Tampa)......considering kayaking today before the bad stuff hits, but the launch point park might be closed by now.....or perhaps a long bike ride? Latest map has the storm going right over my house.....
