60 minute run in the trails...I got muddy and I loved it 😃 I splashed though a few puddles on purpose toward the end.

Ran 14 miles in 1:59:51 (8:33/mile pace). Nice training run, and I honestly didn't want to run today.

4.3 miles in chilly Western Wyoming along the Bighorn River. I'm on a 3 month excursion (camping) trip and it can be tough to find places to run. Last week I had some nice scenic runs in South Dakota (Custer) and before that Missouri farm fields. Love the scenic runs where there's nothing but me and nature (and no cars, houses, people).

Today I made it to a yoga class and also walked for 30 minutes. I did some planks and squats and lunges at home this morning before yoga. Oh and I also gardened a bit. If I'm sore tomorrow it might be from the gardening lol.

Memorial Day was just another training day for me - 40 mins elliptical, 10 mins stepmill. Walked home, 1.5 m, for some extra burn since I knew that I was going to be pigging out on burgers and stuff. Mm-mm good.
