Tuesday - 50 mins cardio, shoulders, back, tris, 165 crunches, followed by 10 pushups.
Today - Just did cardio, can't make it to the gym tonight to do my strength workout had to do something though. I hadn't eaten in 3 hours though and that negatively impacted my performance.
As an aside, drank something horrible. A protein shake concocted of coconut milk and "all natural"... as much as I like natural stuff, this shake tasted like ass with a sprinkling of cinnamon. Think water with a grainy taste. yech..
Did a bunch of strength training today. Some curls, cowbell, whatever that elevated platform thing is that lets you do air crunches, triceps machine, biceps/pecs machine, and some reverse pushups on a bench.
I don't think I'll be able to crack this 30 lb curl ceiling. I think that is my ceiling.
Hiked 3 miles with my 🐕. Now going to mow my lawn.
