5 K run in 28 mins. Probably not impressive to most regular runners but it's my personal record.

I will go out now to run 2 to 2.5 miles. Then, have a beer afterward!

I did legs, abs and just walked about 2 miles on the threadmill, since I think its a good idea to walk after doing leg workouts. I also decided I just cannot take the gym I go to, but have no other options in this community. Its not the gym, it's rather nice gym. Its the clientele in it that literally turns me off. It has a higher than usual amount of young guys, that must live at home and Mommy picks up after them. There are tons of weights left on machines and all over the floor. These clowns take over a gym and are always in the way like little kids. Yet they are in their 20's and 30's or so appears. They don't know how to work in on equipment, they just butt in The management seems just as clueless and seems similar to these types. I hate the place but there is nothing else. It sure puts a damper on working out, but what can one do, when you need a gym to go to.

So part of my workout today was deciding I can't workout in this gym environment much longer. Even though I would be lost without a workout facility.
