Unfortunately, the race has been cancelled due to overnight heavy snow in central England, and can't be rearranged either.

Shame really, but not a lot one can do other than to prepare for the next one (a full marathon) in April.

Rest day.

Yesterday, traditionally the my low energy day. It's the last workout of the week. But I had a decent amount of gas in the tank so I worked out accordingly. Burned about 500 calories during my cardio session (I don't find the machine accurate but I don't fret over that lol). Did standing dumbbell overhead press, tri pulldown, cable bicep curl with rope, lat pulldown, leg press 145#, weighted crunches for time (about 60 per 1 min). Did a bit of yard work

1hr10mins on the bike. Windy! Legs felt good but a bit tired.

A lower end workout due to doing boot camp yesterday, upper body, bike, row machine and 1 set of abs. 50 mins.
