Nothing :

Have not worked out for 10 days since the Gym is closed for final exams + holiday season. Will restart on January 2nd once it reopens.

Time to stop worrying about diet for christmas week and eat to my content. I will burn it once the Gym reopens.

I hiked about 5.6 miles today with my wife. Later today I'll do my push up routine and abs routine. Tomorrow is Friday...my off day.

I would like to go out to hike this Saturday (going up to 47 F). Otherwise, its just way too chilly to spend time outside. What can one do outside when the high is below freezing and overcast without any snow and the gym is closed .

Prowler sled pull/push intervals with a 200 lb trainer sitting on the sled. I saw a young athlete doing it, and I wanted to do it too! I was shocked that I could, and for several rounds. I was drenched & nearly collapsed, but it was so much fun!!
