I wear underwear all the time unless I'm bathing/showering or wearing swim trunks or something. I couldn't imagine just not wearing them throughout the day. I like being free and all, but I don't need to be that free.
i would say that i wear underwear very infrequently. now if im going to wear a dress or skirt you can bet your bikini that i will wear it BUT if im going to wear pants then i sometimes really dont see the point. plus you know how vpl's are a no no these days. i guess that's what thongs are for but my point is that sometimes i wear them and sometimes i dont. am i alone? also, how many of you ladies if you are wearing pantyhose or tights will also wear undies underneath them? i dont see the point in that either. will i cause gasps of horror from the nurses and drs if i am ever taken to the hospital without my underwear on?
I don't wear underwear either. I wear a bra, but that's it. You are not alone. I think it's unnecessary, except if I'm wearing a skirt or dress without tights. Then it is.
Other than that event, no. I don't and I know other woman who feel the same. My niece calls it "commando." She's in her 20s and does not either.
I think some form of underware is necessary for men because no matter how much you shake, there's always a drop or two left. It also acts as a protector for those moments in which you thought it was a gas bubble but it turned out to be pudding. As for bras, wouldn't properly fitted cotton bras help to prevent rash up underneath?

and wait till you get older, somehow the word drop, becomes plural.
So to the ladies who go pantyless, do you just wash your pants after every single wear? Because anything that comes into direct contact with your nether regions is going to be pretty foul after just a day, and is eventually going to show signs of staining that even diligent washing won't get out and is going to get dingy from all those washings.
I have gone panty less but always worry that will be the day when my pants will rip or I will have to go to the hospital or something.
