While I welcome cooler weather like most in this state, I pride myself on living in a snow free, great winter temp state, and would never (but have) lived elsewhere.
Man up? I already do more than most men in this state by doing regular exercise to keep myself healthy. Most men posting on this forum can't say the same. You want to live in a state with no seasons. I think that only adds to Florida's boring atmosphere. Can't wait to get out of here!

I love the seasons here. Just the right amount of change, without getting too cold for too long.

I truly hope you did not interpret my last post as a dig on your physical fitness, I'm sure that like me you enjoy to exercise. I was just giving you beef for complaining about the heat in a state that is located just north of the actual tropics. If you are really craving mountains and seasons, may I suggest the upstate of SC north of Greenville. I lived there, got 3 snow events in one winter, saw the leaves change to the most magnificent colors, and then spent the rest of the winter under dreary skies with long sleeves on. To each his own I suppose...

Still only 69 degrees at our house in Palm Harbor at 1:24pm. Brrrrrrr.........

Thought it would warm up to 76, but the sun won't come out.

It got up to 82 today in Naples, Fl. By tomorrow it is supposed to be back into the high 80s. Thankfully the nights are going to be cool for the rest of the week though. By the time it starts to get hot again next week I will be on my plane to Denver!

Loving this break from the heat!

I'm moving to Atlanta in December. That is kind of similar climate wise to Greenville I think. Greenville isn't big enough of a city for me me. I can only find happiness in really big cities with lots of stuff to do.
