where there is a will, there's a way. Why not get 2 crappy part time jobs to make ends meet (for the meantime) in your desired utopia? I don't get it. Why move back to somewhere you hate? I'd rather work at a gas station 50 hours a week in a place I loved then move back to where I hated because I was too picky about work.

I don't think I would get hired at a gas station anyhow. With a bachelors degree, a CPC certification, and professional work experience under my belt I think I have over qualified myself out of that field.

I think my next move I will finally make it. I was supposed to move last month but I am postponed until December. The last time I moved I only had restaurant and bar experience and my bachelors degree. This time, I will have both of those qualities and a CPC certification, along with a year of experience at a health insurance company. Added bonus the unemployment rate has dropped about a percent as well.

If worst comes to worst then yes, I will go back to doing some customer service, food and drink oriented job (possibly minimum wage). Don't expect me to be all smiles though because I absolutely HATE that type of work lol.

Yup, it is everywhere. No place really escaped unscathed with the last recession. I won't give up. Each time I move away I am a little more skilled than the previous time and I know I will get out of here one of these days.

Where do you live? It started out very cool in the 60's this morning and topped out at only 85 degrees at my shady location in Palm Harbor.
