It keeps better at room temperature. The fridge can make it sweat.

I love it! Just bought some this week. It's not cheap, but when on sale I stock up. It's so chocolaty and has a great flavor.

Same here. Have to keep it in the fridge most of the year, as temps in my house get well over 80 degrees. I haven't even had to turn the heater on yet this winter and it's almost Christmas.

The Luker chocolate is what I use to make warm melting chocolate lava cakes. The recipe I have makes 12 at a time.

I recently bought chocolate vermicelli on Amazon and it is fantastic! I think the brand is India something. India Tree? Anyways, I used it to roll my holiday rum balls in and the flavor and texture are perfect.

After doing more taste testing I really have to say that I prefer the taste of a Hershey's Milk chocolate bar to that of a dark chocolate bar such as the Godiva bar. But maybe that's just me.

I was looking for Dove dark chocolate the other day but no luck. They had plenty of Hershey, etc but the plain dark choc from Dove was sold out. Just the empty boxes. Oh well. Maybe next week I’ll have better luck?

I don't consider any store "brands" the best. I will search out various chocolatiers and try out their dark chocolate as I think they are superior to what I can find in the store. I prefer 70%-72% dark.

I don't care. I'll eat and really enjoy any chocolate whether cheap and domestic or imported and expensive. Just give me chocolate.
