I tried a new chicken marinade and boy was it delicious! I don't know what to call it and when I asked my kids all they could come up with is Yummy Chicken lol

here's the recipe I used, but I did make a few changes. Omit the saffron, its not needed. I am not crazy about cayenne so I cut that back to 1/2 tsp; I also cut back on salt to 1/2 tsp. And I used just under 1/2 C sugar. Oh my ...sooooo good! This will be a part of our weekly rotation I think Just have to figure out a name that we want to call it lol

Grilled chicken; mixture of all fresh veggies in the fridge--squash, mushrooms, peppers, onions, tomatoes--stir fried; cannellini beans cooked with jalepenos

Tuna Salad sandwiches (Albacore White Tuna, Tomato, Lettuce and Miracle Whip) and sun chips. Still too hot to actually cook.
