This week's dinner selections will begin this evening with a simple, but large, dinner salad with ranch. Later on, the only definite before Thursday is some Italian sausage tortelloni with Prego sauce. When I get to Thanksgiving day, my mom will have these things on the table: turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, rolls, cranberry sauce, plain cheesecake, pumpkin pie, tea, and coffee.

Make it a great Thanksgiving this week, and bon appetit!

Think I'll split some boneless skinless chicken breasts and stuff 'em with something. Then, I have this butternut squash calling out to be made. Searching recipes for something kid-friendly.

No clue. I got called for "nanny duty" from 3pm - 10pm today for a 2 mo. old, so that blows my plans.
3pm's too early, 10pm's too late. I'll have to see what's in-house and bring a energy bar, or 3.

Smoked boston butt, lima beans, mashed pot, pinto beans, collards and cornbread. (DH went out and bought the boston butt this morning and brought it home. It's NOT like I don't already have an 8 lb pork loin thawing out for our early Thanksgiving - we are driving and taking mil out on the actual day, but I can't NOT cook something for Thanksgiving - LOL!) Guess I am going to be looking for leftover recipes for boston butt AND THEN the pork loin! Grrrrrrr...............
