I liked what I had for dinner last night so much that I decided to have it again, which was roast beef slices with gravy and rice, and a green salad with cut-up pieces of apple in it.
I am making chicken fricassee, fresh sauted green beans with garlic and olive oil, a big tossed salad, Irish soda bread,buttered noodles. I am having company tonight. For dessert: Fresh strawberries and whipped cream (canned) I forgot to buy heavy whipping cream to make my own and don't feel like it LOL. I might also make an angel food cake.
Hubby can gorge himself on his roast chicken dinner leftovers. I'm not feeling hungry for anything yet.
