Came home with no clue, so after scrounging through the fridge, cupboards and freezer, I'm making baked boneless chicken breasts with French's Onion coating, baked beans, and asparagus. I really need to get back to my former fabulousness, but my life is too rushed right now.
I miss the days when hubby and I worked at home. I liked to watch the food channel, see what looked good that day, then go to the grocery store and get the ingredients to make it. At least we're much thinner now.

One of our old standbyes and at the top of hubby's list: tuna cassarole and avocado salad. Today was his first radiation treatment, he deserves something he really loves.

Tonight was at Scotty P's in Frisco, TX: Two chili cheeseburgers, fries, and a medium cup of Coca-Cola.

Just had to do it.

Famous Star hamburger from Carl's Jr. I had a buy one/get one coupon so I actually bought two burgers. I'm saving the other one for dinner tomorrow.
