something I bet I haven't made in 20 years: old fashion beef hash, not corned beef hash but regular beef friom a piece of left over London Broil. We will have cold slaw also.
Ham tetrazzini, ciabatta rolls, spring greens salad, and fresh green beans. Also a raspberry walnut torte for dessert. An old friend is in town tonight, so I managed to dredge up a little cooking effort.
Tagliatelle pasta with mushrooms and fresh ragu' sauce (ragu' is also called bolognese), then sauteed spinach with arugola and prosciutto. I have two bottle of red wine from Spain, I'll take care of one of those (or two...)
