Anyway, that, chock full of veg-carrots, peas and mashed potatoes, and some good bread.

Tocino (barbecued pork) with rice and a bowl of the soup I had for lunch earlier this week, which was the white bean, chard and pancetta soup. Also a glass of iced tea.
