had planned on the left over PF Changs, but we are going to finish the beef roast, some broccoli and what salad stuff we still have. Tomorrow night we are taking our left over PF Changs to the hotel with us, heat it in the micro and buy a bottle of wine. It will be the start of our vacation. that saves me cleaning the kitchen before we leave and rushing around. We will drop doggy off about 5pm, head for the hotel at the airport and be ready to board the plane early Sun morning.

Enjoy Vegas! I love it there. I was there last year and stayed at MGM Grand. I want to go back.
Homemade sub sandwiches (ham, turkey, roast beef) lettuce, tomatos, pickles and onions a little granulated garlic on a whole wheat bun--choice of brown, whole grain or regular mustard and mayo, peppers on the side, fresh vegetables with ranch dipping sauce and fresh fruit. Lots of food!!! family is coming tonight....
