I prepared home-made Shepherd's Pie, the way my mother used to make. It has always been one of my favorite comfort foods. Every time I make it, I think good thoughts of Mom (sadly, we lost her two years ago.)

Tonight, I'm making arroz con pollo to satisfy my cuban bf's cravings...
