With crazy baseball schedules, HOT weather, & everyone going in different directions, I have only made about 1 dinner in the last 3 weeks other than sandwiches!
Last night I made home-made pizza with store bought french bread dough, & made a chop salad of corn, avacado, cucumber, pepper, artichoke, & onion with lime. It was a big hit! I was so relieved!
Tonight is my 18 yr old daughter's turn to make dinner. She's supposed to cook on Wed, when I remember to enforce it!
Tonight: Becks Prime. No, not in Houston this time; they've finally opened one in Dallas now. I had a cheeseburger (mustard, American cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, sauteed onions), fresh-cut fries, a medium Coca-Cola, and a rich chocolate shake (which I used a spoon).
