Home-made spicy brown whole mustard for sandwiches and a jar of Maille dijon as an emulsifier for salad dressings. Brown and yellow mustard seeds in the pantry. If I want honey mustard, I mix it myself. It's ridiculous to buy honey mustard.

I always buy the mustard in a small mug. I keep the mug as a drinking glass. It is actually a very tasty mustard.
I have the "mug" mustard, Dijon and yellow mustard in my fridge right now. I also have a few of those plastic containers of Chinese mustard floating around in there.

Grey Poupon Dijon, and Gulden's Spicy Brown. I like the dijon better.

Plain yellow, any brand. Spicy brown, any brand. And about twelve jars of stray types that seemed to be a good idea at the time hanging on for dear life to the inside fridge door.

Smile We have.....

Gulden's, my wife's favorite, French's Yellow for deviled eggs and egg and potato salad, generic Dijon for a change of pace and certain recipes and my personal favorite, Plochman's Kosciusko Spicy Brown Mustard, for all things sandwich related.

Just a couple ( actually 1 now as I just tossed an old jar of Grey Poupon )

Have a single plastic container of spicy brown mustard I put on brats or hard pretzels when I get the munchies.

Probably the least used condiment I own - which is why the jar of Grey Poupon went bad most likely
