I vote a good steak with bernaise sauce, baked potato and huge salad...gee...now my spaghetti sounds kind of puny!

Last night was oven roasted bone-in chicken breasts, chicken rice-a-roni, salad. Tonight is a question mark since I have to go to the grocery store. It will be something easy though!

My latest experiment in quickie meals is frozen shoestring fries, pan fried then removed, Mexican chorizo saute'd, re-add the fries, and top with cheese. Then I wrap it in a tortilla. It's basically a fast "chili" cheese fry burrito. Hey, it's quick. And chorizo is a better chili than canned, when you need a minute fix.
And, yes, I am waiting for the end of this year to stop this quick meal trend I've been on.

Friday night is the night nobody wants to do any heavy lifting, and keeping things simple and easy.
Angus burger on the grill, on a sesame seed bun. Fries in the oven..

Cod with smoked paprika baked onto it.
Crash Hot Potatoes that don't come out right but are still delicious.
