It's rainy and cold in Phoenix (well, everything's relative. You seattleites and all the northern CD'ers would laugh)
So I made sirloin tip stew. It's been bubbling on the stove for hours. And it's divine!
Sirloin Tips, organic potatoes, baby onions, celery, peas and carrots. YUM!
... add a shot of merlot just before serving, some Durango Hickory smoked salt right at the end, and serve on toasted whole wheat sourdough bread.
I'm in heaven!!
