Whats`s on Tonight`s Dinner Menu? (white wine, cheeseburgers, mushrooms)

Tonight's dinner:

Red beans and rice seasoned with andouille sausage
Tossed salad
Cranberry-orange juice

We have a bunch of homemade Chile Colorado but we stuffed ourselves at lunch at a cafeteria style Mexican eatery in Missoula so we may bail out on dinner tonight.
If we get hungry later, there is always the famous old "Midnight Snack" ~♥~

Side note on the Lo Mein noodles instead of rice~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ NEVER again they were mushy and no flavor even though I cooked them in chicken broth.

Tonight, bertoli chicken marsala, green salad, sweet tea, pecan tarts..
Tomorrow, my Dads pork chops and saurekraut in crock pot with mashed potatoes and apple pie for dessert.

MOnday: hamburger casserole with pasta, pretty good

Spaghetti with chili ladled over it, and a salad of mix greens and tomatoes.

Scrambled eggs with melted cheddar cheese and fruit.

Homemade lentil soup with ham and left over stove top stuffing for hubby, Since I am working from 2:00-8:00 pm I decided to have a tuna salad sandwhich and an apple. I did not take any meat out to defrost.

Tonight we have ,,Chicken Cordon Bleu'' a dish (chicken, ham and Swiss cheese slices, breaded and sauteed)with paprika and a creamy white wine sauce.Rice and a green salad and a glass of wine.
