We have a bunch of homemade Chile Colorado but we stuffed ourselves at lunch at a cafeteria style Mexican eatery in Missoula so we may bail out on dinner tonight.
If we get hungry later, there is always the famous old "Midnight Snack" ~♥~

Tonight, bertoli chicken marsala, green salad, sweet tea, pecan tarts..
Tomorrow, my Dads pork chops and saurekraut in crock pot with mashed potatoes and apple pie for dessert.

Homemade lentil soup with ham and left over stove top stuffing for hubby, Since I am working from 2:00-8:00 pm I decided to have a tuna salad sandwhich and an apple. I did not take any meat out to defrost.
