I actually do make it with ground turkey -- my husband doesn't eat red meat -- but I'm not a sweet potato fan. So I'm half there! (And I'm also half the size of Rachael Ray. She got BIG.)
First, Happy Birthday to younglisa! Hope is has been a great day!
We had a very late lunch/early dinner at our favorite Chinese restaurant. DH, who says he is still not feeling well even though he was truck shopping today, could only manage to eat a large platter of beef fried rice. I had a shrimp roll, won ton soup with extra scallions, and shrimp with lobster sauce, and we each had a fortune cookie. Obviously, I am not sick.
