Tonight is soft shell tacos. Seasoned hamburger meat, refried beans, cheese and sour cream. I don't have any lettuce, but I can open a can of diced tomatoes.

For lunch a tuna melt and cottage cheese w/peaches.

gym rat do you use refried beans as your 'sauce' on your taco pizza?

cyn glad things are smoothing out for you. WTG on putting up your pasta sauce! Have fun fishing.

MWBW you describe your day so well I love it! Puts me right there with you and no calories. Enjoy your 2nd night out and concert.

kimba BBQ pork freezes easily if you have mega leftovers and make a quick go to meal in the future.

Vichel do you add anything to your ground turkey for the burgers? Mine tend to be dry so I mix them half and half with hamburger here.

HG rodeos are fun since you are going with your BF please don't get a cowboy there.

miken the PBR rodeo finals are in Vegas I would love to go see them there!

elston enjoy the process of sprucing up!

YLisa you don't have a deep freezer to store your leftovers do you? When I make lasagna now with our decreased family size I must invite others, eat it for days or freeze some. Can't seem to make a small batch of it.

M's mom tuck that dessert in with a label that says meat fat & scrapes bet nobody opens it.

Nomad Dagwood Bumstead came to my mind reading your post today. With all kinds of foods floating above his head while he naps on the couch.

We are having goulash tonight for supper and I will try a different sugar cream pie recipe today. Hope ya all are enjoying your day!

I have scallops in the freezer and I would too use Bernaise sauce.
Just sear them and then do the sauce? If so how long do you sear them for.
