Morning all. I hope everyone had a good weekend. We grilled out yesterday, hubby had chicken and we had pork chops. Not sure yet what we are doing tonight. Maybe some pasta, maybe hot dogs on the grill haven't got that far yet.

Huh. I'm not sure what we'll have tonight. We have a ham sitting in the fridge....could have that with a salad......we also have some Hebrew National dogs sitting in the fridge we could grill and have some potato salad and fruit to go with....

Last night we went to Bonefish Grille with another couple and had bang bang shrimp (so good!), mussels, and crab cakes. YUMMY!

Hope everyone had a great weekend. I feel like mine was very productive. Got some spring cleaning done and the garden beds are almost ready for tilling. It is going to be 73 here today and 78 tomorrow. Woo hoo!

I'm all eaten out already. I'm tired of food.

I just had a bowl of oatmeal and a pumpernickel roll right now.

I think dinner will be shrimp somehow with something. :-) Can't think yet.

Have a good day everyone.

Bone Fish Grill---Yummm!!!! Big Bang shrimp was the last thing I had there at
a Cancer Fund Raiser. It was awesome. Grilled out last night- ribeye steaks , baked potatoes and steamed broccolli. Have new tenants coming over at 5:30 to sign lease so it looks like pizza (delivered) Woke up to 40 degrees this morning. They say this will be our last cool down. We'll be sweating next week. I wish we could sell and get out of Dodge before summer is really here.
The spring and fall here are wonderful but I do not look forward to the heat and humidity that come with summer. I love my house I wish I could just pick it up and move it. I know I'll never have one that suits us as well as this one. But the next house will be a challenge to keep us young! Lots of work to renovate and challange our imagination.(getting to old for this!)

Hey RCG....that sounds yummy!! I've never tried grilled cheese and tomato together - but sure sounds good.......especially if the tomatoes are 'home grown'!!

I am going to cook a small, boneless turkey breast. Maybe a side of some sweet potatoes and brocolli. I will have to have some gravy too! also, my son likes rolls and butter, so I guess that's on the menu too! Won't be doing much cooking tomorrow as we all have to be somewhere, so it's good to have leftovers.

This time of year grape tomatos are about the only ones I can get that actually taste like a tomato so........................

I think I'll halve them, toss with a little salt in a bowl so they release some juice, toss with hot pasta, some cubed fresh mozzarella, basil, and maybe some tuna
