30 min. should be enough. I would maybe slice one and make sure it is cooked through. If its still pink it needs to go a little longer.

We had spaghetti last night with Jalapeno Cheddar bread and tonight I think we are doing chicken, rice, and the rest of the broccoli......just taking it easy this week gearing up for the Super Bowl!

the making of gumbo by gentlearts yesterday got me thinking about red beans and rice with sausage..... so I am going to have that, collard greens, and cornbread, one of my all-time favorites!

Already had a nice lunch with meatloaf stuffed with rice and carrots and leek.
That's why only fresh dark bread with some cheese maybe...

You can never go wrong with good bread and cheese. I could live on those two things, plus pasta

Change of plans----like I had a feeling there would be! Went to the store and they had huge white shrimp on sale so that's what hubbie is a fixin'! I making the baked potates for the side dish. Yum!

LaseyEx is not feeling well at all today. She has had a tooth abscess along with her cold...so keep her in your thoughts as we all know how miserable that can be!!

Poor Lacey! I sure will be thinking of her...... think I would rather go thru labor without pain meds than have an abscessed tooth.
