Corned beef and cabbage casserole.

Dice it all up and layer it in a glass dish with some black pepper, and bake.

I also add cubed potatoes when I have them on-hand.

I feel like having Paula Deens Beef Stroganoff. If I don't get to the store, I'll use hamburger.

We'll be in the low 40's today, but I'm still going to warm up the house with a ham. Side of potatoes, and a red cabbage/apple thing I picked up in Aldi a while back.

I will make my lunch for a couple of days and may have it for dinner.

Pinto beans with either andouille sausage or leftover pork loin chunks served over white rice. Also, a tomato, beet, fresh basil and onion salad.

Default Well,

just came in from picking up my dinner, turkey breast with some mashed potatoes and greener beaners. I've been eating soup for the last two weeks (mmm good) but I want some solid food tonight. Stay warm kids and as always...bon appétit!
