Tonight we have pan fried sliced potatoes/sliced Spanish onion flavored with salt/black pepper/caraway seed .With it pickled Herring (Rollmops) and a green salad. To drink a beer. For dessert a clementine and 1 Münderl Leckerli (sugar cookie I baked today )

I'm hoping for Strombolli (sp) or I'll make macaroni and cheese at home depending on how I feel around supper time.

More comfort foods with a twist. A cottage pie (shepherd's pie) but the beef will be spicy Jamaican style.

Sounds delicious,......sometimes I make Shepard pie with East Indian spices

I was going to go the Indian curry route but hubby wanted the Jamaican beef patty spices. Next time though!

Chicken is slow cooking, smothered in onions and enchilada sauce. Will shred it up and make enchiladas later.
