An Ida Garten recipe I watched her make on TV. Boneless, skin-on chicken breasts, with herbed goat cheese and sun dried tomatoes under the skin, cheese and spinach tortellini and a small salad. Ok, so the teeny package of goat cheese was $6.99. Ina needs to get in touch with the real world.
I was at Harris Teeter in Hilton Head today and was mesmerized (that's what they're going for) by the wonderful stuff, so my dinner tonight for 2 people only cost $29.00.

Hubs cooked tonight. On the menu: Pork Loin chops with a peach glaze and a baked sweet potato with cinnamon butter and a little brown sugar. Not only did he cook, he cleaned up as well. I am so blessed.
