ok, we have another busy day (who said retirement would be boring?) so I am keeping it simple: we are having tacos using left over pulled pork and taquittos (yes, frozen) with guacamole salad.

Good morning and a good day to all
I have left over meat keema,so I am going to make several naan and put in the center some keema,fold it in a square and roll it out to an oblong shape and bake in the oven for 10 minutes ,turning it over til golden brown.With it a raita with green onions,green chili and cilantro,a tomato salad and lemon water to drink. For dessert sliced up mangoes and cantaloupe melon.
