We are going to a "Meet the candidate" night so I won't be cooking. I really think the only reason spoiled brat wants to go is free hamburgers. He knows who he is supporting or he says he does. What oldsters won't do for a free meal. The worst part is these burgers are usually complete with nothing; no lettuce, tomato etc, just those little envelopes of mustard and mayo. Oh I don't forget the salt and pepper packs with 3 grains of pepper. Of course if it rains I might be able to get him to change his mind.
Tonight we have aloo gobi sabzi (potato cauliflower vegetable dish) with chapatis made from Durum/bran flour. To drink lassi and for dessert leftover rice pudding with cinnamon and a cup of Masala or Darjeeling tea
Leftovers again, this time in fried chicken cutlets , rigatoni with broccoli, garlic and oil.
